Allied Telesis Product Warranties

Allied Telesis delivers a limited lifetime warranty* for all products purchased from an authorised distributor within Australia. This warranty provides the purchaser with a warranty of five (5) years on the hardware, excluding power supplies and fans which are covered by a two (2) year warranty.

This warranty may be upgraded - at no cost - to a lifetime warranty that provides a warranty of five (5) years across all components by registering the details of the devices using the link below.

Alternately, comprehensive product support and maintenance is offered via the Net.Cover service contract program.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Allied Telesis, Inc. warrants solely to the end user purchaser ("Purchaser") that the Allied Telesis hardware product(s) ("Product") purchased from Allied Telesis or its authorized distributors will be warranted free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the Product. Lifetime of the Product means the longer period of either (a) two (2) years from the date Allied Telesis ceases listing the Product on its then-current price list or (b) five (5) years from the date the Purchaser buys such Product; provided, however, that the fan and power supply components thereof will be warranted only for a period of two (2) years from the date the Purchaser buys such Product.

Lifetime Warranty
